At GreenFoot Home Inspections ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida-based home inspection company, we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our "Services"). Our Services are intended exclusively for users located within the United States. Inspection Data

Data Access and Deletion

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described (e.g., account data while active, up to 7 years for legal compliance). Inspection data is retained for 5 years per Florida home inspection standards, unless you request earlier deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technological, and physical safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and regular audits, to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals within 30 days, as required by Florida Statute § 501.171, and take steps to mitigate harm.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it promptly. Alert us at inspectors@greenfoothomeinspections.com.

U.S.-Only Services and International Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States and intended solely for U.S. users. If accessed from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under U.S. laws. We may not accommodate foreign data protection requirements, such as those under EU GDPR.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We post changes here, effective upon posting. For material changes (those affecting data use, sharing, or your rights), we will notify you by email or website notice. Review periodically.
